you have a legal duty to
inform them of this, even though you may have
used the water supply for many years.
Even the clearest water,
with apparently no health risk, can have a
high level of microbiological contamination.
This size of equipment

- holiday parks
- farms
Abroad it could also be used
in Embassies and accomodation where the mains
water supply cannot be fully trusted.
We have a number of installations
in National Trust properties
Many of the micro-organisms
found in water are pathogenic, causing illness
in humans.
Most susceptible to these
illnesses are the young and elderly.
Over the last few years two
pathogens have made the headlines these are
Cryptosporidium
and Giardia,
which can cause severe gastric illness
Our systems are simple to
operate and require no chemicals. The units
require little maintenance, much of which
can be carried out by the householder or we
can offer service contracts to meet your requirements.
 Drinking
Water Services Ltd will treat a range
of water sources to provide a safe supply
of drinking water, conforming to the Private
Water Supplies Regulations 1991.
Each of our systems is site
specific, designed to fit your requirements
and the available space. Where possible our
compact units are incorporated into existing
buildings, minimising environmental and aesthetic
impact on the local area.
If a new structure is required
it will be designed to cause minimal intrusion
on the local environment.
